1. Soluble ceramic fiber products

The main components of soluble ceramic fiber are SiO , CaO, MgO, and the content of Al  O  is less than 1%. Soluble fiber has sufficient solubility in human body fluid, and is a new energy-saving material with no pollution, no harm and environmental protection. Soluble ceramic fiber products have the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, small heat loss, long spinning fiber, good interweaving, good chemical stability, good sound absorption, and good degradability in human body fluids. Soluble ceramic fiber products are used for fire and sound absorption of ship cabin, deck and flue; Fire protection and sound absorption in the field of fire doors and building partitions; Thermal insulation and sealing of the expansion joint, furnace door and top cover of the kiln shed; High-temperature kiln lining is a flat backing with full fiber structure, and the hot surface is fire-resistant.

2. Ceramic fiber composite insulation board

The ceramic fiber composite thermal insulation board reinforced with ceramic fiber has a nano-mesh structure, which can effectively reduce the heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation of the material. The thermal conductivity at 600 ℃ is about 0.030 W/(m.K), which is only 20%~50% of the common thermal insulation materials. 3. Characteristics of ceramic fiber composite insulation board

(1) Superior thermal insulation performance. The thermal conductivity is 0.015 W/(nvK) at room temperature (25 ℃) and 0.030 W/(m.K) at 600 ℃. Compared with the commonly used thermal insulation materials, the thermal insulation effect of this material can be improved by 2 to 10 times, and the thickness of the thermal insulation layer can be reduced by 30% to 50%.

(2) High temperature resistance. The long-term service temperature can reach 900 ℃, and the composite structure with ceramic fiber and other products can reach 1700 ℃.

(3) Long service life. It can be used as permanent insulation layer for 5 to 10 years.

(4) Economical and energy-saving. It can save 10%~30% energy than conventional materials.

(5) Environmental protection and non-toxic. It does not release any toxic substances in the fire and under high temperature, and does not contain asbestos (full series) and polybrominated biphenyls (flame retardant).

(6) Good chemical stability. It can withstand most acid-base environments except hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali for a long time, without decomposition and deterioration, and can withstand various thermal radiation (ultraviolet, infrared and visible light) and electromagnetic radiation for a long time, without degradation of performance.

(7) Sound insulation and shock absorption. This material is porous and has considerable elasticity. It is an excellent sound insulation and damping material. The sound speed in this material will drop to 1/3 of that in the air.

4. Application field of ceramic fiber composite insulation board

Ceramic fiber composite thermal insulation board has excellent thermal insulation effect and can be widely used in the following industries.

(1) Iron and steel industry: ladle, tundish, electric furnace, heating furnace, annealing furnace, mixing furnace, sintering furnace, etc.

(2) Petrochemical industry: cracking furnace, heating furnace, pipeline, etc.

(3) Ceramic industry: rotary kiln, shuttle kiln, tunnel kiln and other kiln bodies and pipelines.

(4) Industrial furnace: lining insulation, furnace lining, furnace insulation belt and other systems.

(5) Electric power industry: nuclear power insulation system, steam turbine, boiler piping system.
